It's Time to Rise!

Hi there! Thank you for being a part of my Spiritual Immune Health Community with Compass Holistic Health. I hope you are doing well in these rather strange times. I'm starting a new series of free talks and I hope you enjoy them.

It is over 5 weeks : Spiritual Immune Health 101 Week 1: Your Sacred Body. We've had all sorts of restrictions and challenges with the covid stuff, and all sorts of emotions have been coming up because of what we have had to deal with - you know with all the changes like isolation and mandatory things going on. I know that for myself I've noticed my body has changed over the last few months, battling with a change of routines and habits, and change can either be positive or negative. But we make progress every day with the choices we make and the direction we want to go in in life. We identify with our body although we are more than just the body. I invite you to think of your body as sacred, it is a sacred gift to us and we have it for just a short time when you think about it, we really don't know how long we have this body for - when the breath will stop. If you look at your spirit as eternal, at the time of death you're really only just dropping the body, not your spirit. A strange concept for some, but you can contemplate this. When you wake up in the morning, how do you talk or think about your body? Just think about what your body does for you, all the amazing things, even just walking, talking etc. We perceive with our five senses, smell, taste, touch, sight, and hearing, we work, whatever we do for work, we connect with other people. We exist because of our bodies as a vehicle of expression. So what is it that you are saying to your body in the morning particularly just as you get out of bed to start the day? It's an amazing thing to be aware of your thoughts, sometimes you are not conscious of them, they slip in or are on auto-pilot, but when you become more aware of what the mental activity is, it brings you great benefits. You can then start to work to alter your mindset and choose how you want to form your reality. Nurture your body by loving it fully. 100%. This is why I definitely recommend meditation as it can increase your awareness, and it increases a sense of inner-beauty and love in you that gets really solidified. The more you meditate, the more you feel this sense of stability, beauty and vastness within yourself, as well as your connection to everything.
